Over 200 Certified American Sign Language Interpreters

We contract with over 200 certified ASL interpreters that are passionate about their careers and our Deaf community. We are ready and able to go anywhere, anytime you need us, whether on-site or through video remote interpreting (VRI) services.

We believe knowledge is power when hiring an interpreter. One of the most powerful things you can do when hiring an interpreter is to check their credentials beyond what an interpreting agency tells you. Because we
only use state or nationally certified interpreters, we’ll help you verify their credentials online. Hiring an interpreter without these credentials means there is no quality assurance and no reporting agency for enforcement of unethical interpreting and billing practices. We are TX HUB Certified and HIPAA compliant.

24 Hour Availability

We accept last-minute or urgent American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting needs. Our on-site interpreters are available anytime, whether it’s 3am or 3pm, Sunday dinner time or 9am Monday. Easily contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our local office staff can help you directly. No answering service here!

Our interpreters are available anytime both on-site or remotely using video remote interpreting (VRI) services across the U.S. No fancy equipment needed.

Customized & Personal Service

We are experts who match each interpreter’s skills to the situation needed: medical, legal, mental health, court, business meetings, educational, State business, conferences, DeafBlind, seminars, training, job interviews, entertainment and more. You name it – we can meet the need in our community. Since we are local, we are familiar with our Deaf community and their interpreter preferences. We welcome and honor special requests for your favorite interpreters, ensuring our clients can expect the same satisfaction each time they need one.

We do not practice the “grab any interpreter off the shelf” approach as some of our competitors do. We feel this is damaging to both the Deaf client and the business trying to meet their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Each request to our office is assigned an interpreter with careful consideration.

Knowledgeable & Accommodating

We are knowledgeable about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how it affects your business and the Deaf community. Allow us to help you protect your business. We are a valuable resource for facts about the Deaf community and organizations working with them.

Bring us your questions! If we can’t help you directly, we’ll link you to the person with the right answer.
